Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute the marketing strategy for a fast-growing startup from day one. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and establish scalable growth channels.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives across digital channels, partnerships, and content while building and managing the marketing function as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Build and manage digital marketing channels including social media, content, and paid campaigns
  • Plan and execute growth experiments to identify scalable acquisition channels
  • Lead influencer marketing and brand partnerships
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google
  • Build and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
  • Work closely with the founding team on product positioning, messaging, and brand identity
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve marketing efficiency
  • Build and manage the marketing team as the company grows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition
  • Experience building marketing strategies for startups or consumer brands
  • Ability to run hands-on campaigns across social media and paid channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
  • PreferredExperience scaling consumer-facing products
  • Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, and community growth
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and growth tools

Compensation

60,000 80,000 per month + ESOPs
