We are an early-stage startup on a mission to redefine how e-commerce brands and marketers interact with their data. We are building an ML-first platform that acts as a centralized brain for marketing performance - automating the journey from raw data collection to predictive insights.

We cater to the high-growth Global E-commerce & Marketing Analytics market, specifically empowering D2C brands, e-commerce aggregators, and growth agencies to make data-driven decisions that impact their bottom line.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary Head of Growth to join as an early-stage partner. It is a leadership position designed for someone who can navigate through the intersection of deep-tech SEO products and the people who use them. You will be the bridge between our engineering excellence and the US E-Commerce market (primarily focusing on SEO agencies), helping shape a product that redefines industry standards.

The Mission

  1. Strategic Onboarding: Leverage your existing network to identify and onboard small-to-mid-level SEO agencies in the US.
  2. Product Evolution: Use your industry expertise to provide critical feedback to the engineering team, ensuring our technical roadmap aligns with real-world marketing pain points.
  3. Relationship Architecture: Move beyond sales to build long-term, high-trust partnerships with agency founders and SEO leads.
  4. Team Building: As we scale, you will lead the hiring and mentorship of our consulting and support teams, establishing the culture of our growth department.

Who You Are

  • The Hybrid Profile: You hold an Engineering degree or an MBA (or both) and have 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or agency leadership.
  • Tech-Fluent: You aren't afraid of the how it works. You can explain complex technical products to non-technical stakeholders and translate agency needs into technical requirements.
  • The Entrepreneurial Mentality: You are looking for skin in the game. You want the autonomy to build a global growth engine from scratch and the high-stakes rewards that come with being a primary stakeholder in a high-growth tech firm.
  • High-Growth Sales Excellence: Proven track record in B2B SaaS startup or enterprise sales. You have a history of hitting targets, navigating complex procurement cycles, and managing a robust pipeline from prospecting to close.
  • Agency Ecosystem Understanding: Prefer someone with understanding of the US SEO and Digital Marketing agency landscape. You are familiar with their unique workflows, internal frustrations, and the language of agency-side account management and growth.
