Job Description

Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including accounting standards and tax regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis activities.
Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the senior management level.
Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency.
Supervise and mentor the financial reporting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified CA
14+ years of post-qualification experience
Prior experience within pharma, life sciences, FMCG or manufacturing is a must
Prior Big 4 experience is a preference
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of qualified finance professionals
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders
