Job Description

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to listed entities
Manage all aspects of corporate governance, including board meetings and shareholder communications.
Draft, review, and maintain statutory documents and records as per company law requirements.
Advise the management on corporate legal matters and regulatory updates.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and handle filings, disclosures, and statutory reporting.
Oversee the implementation of company policies and compliance frameworks.
Support the legal department in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
Assist in risk management and ensure adherence to corporate ethics and standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Company Secretary should have:

A professional qualification as a Company Secretary recognized by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience with listed entities and 15 years overall experience
Experience with manufacturing setups will be desirable
