Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: Thane - Onsite (Prefered candidates only from Mumbai - Central Line)
Shift Timing: 06.00PM IST to 03.30AM IST (Night Shift)
Preferred Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be given preference.
Job Summary
Infojini is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead and oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, US taxation, payroll management, accounts receivable, and budgeting & forecasting. Prior experience in the Staffing and IT Services industry is essential, along with proficiency in QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage US Taxation compliance, filings, and coordination with external advisors
- Oversee US Payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Supervise and streamline the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, ensuring timely collections and cash flow optimization
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and dashboards to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Drive process improvements and automation within finance functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales) for financial alignment
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA preferred
- 13+ years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience in US Accounting, Taxation, and Payroll
- Proven experience in Staffing Industry and IT Services Industry
- Expertise in QuickBooks and other accounting/ERP tools
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a night shift environment (aligned with US business hours)
