Head of Finance

Hospitality experience mandatory.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Finance, based in Chennai The Head of Finance will oversee financial planning, management of budgets, and preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, develop strategies for revenue growth and cost management, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. The role also requires leadership in managing the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

SOversee consolidated financial reporting and monthly close

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit compliance

Partner with General Managers to drive profitability (ADR, RevPAR, GOP)

Manage property-level finance teams

Requirements:

8+ years of finance/accounting experience (multi-property hospitality preferred)

Strong knowledge of hotel KPIs and financial controls
