Job Description: Head of Finance
Location: Ahmedabad
Role Overview
Lead finance function for Foodlink F&B operations in Ahmedabad, driving financial strategy, compliance, and profitability in dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, cash flow, and P&L analysis for restaurants/banquets.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, taxation (GST/TDS), audits, and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC).
- Optimize costs, control F&B variances, partner with Ops/Procurement for efficiency.
- Handle investor relations, fundraising, risk management, and ERP implementation.
- Lead finance team; provide insights to GM/CXOs for growth decisions.
Requirements
- CA qualified; 6-8 years hospitality/F&B finance (restaurants/hotels).
- Preferably Ahmedabad local; strong Excel/ERP, analytical skills.
- Proven leadership in high-volume ops.
