We're Hiring: Head of Finance (FMCG | Beverages)

A fast-growing FMCG beverage company is looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to lead its financial strategy and support the next phase of growth.

Location: Gurgaon

Role Type: Leadership | Full-Time

About the Role

This role is critical in driving financial strategy, governance, profitability, and business partnering across a rapidly expanding consumer business. The position will work closely with the Board and CXOs to shape and influence key strategic decisions.

Ideal Profile

• Chartered Accountant with 1215 years of experience in FMCG / Beverages
• Proven track record in end-to-end finance management, P&L ownership, and working capital optimisation
• Strong grounding in FP&A, controllership, compliance, and internal controls
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior business leadership
