Head of Finance

##Acclaim Consultants is looking for a Finance Head for an Esteemed client in Real Estate.

Job Profile : Finance Head / CFO.

YOE : 15-25 Years

Must have experience in the Real Estate domain

Max. CTC : up to 35 Lakhs

Role Summary

The Finance Head will be the financial leader responsible for driving strategy, optimizing capital structures, enabling asset acquisitions, ensuring financial discipline, and supporting profitable managed workspace operations. The role closely partners with promoters and senior management to execute expansion plans, close commercial real-estate deals, and build a scalable finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Planning

• Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with business expansion in managed offices and commercial real estate.
• Drive annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, sensitivity analysis, and IRR/ROI modeling for new and existing assets.
• Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations to leadership for investment and growth decisions.

Asset Acquisition & Deal Structuring

• Lead financial evaluation for new property acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, feasibility, and financial risk analysis.
• Structure capital deployment for asset purchase and fit-out projects.
• Drive seamless closure of real-estate transactions in collaboration with legal, operations, and promoters.

Debt Management & Banking Relationships

• Lead engagement with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals, refinancing, and treasury management.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and manage cash flows for multi-project operations.

Financial Operations & Governance

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations including audits, compliance, taxation (TDS, GST), MIS reporting, and working capital management.
• Strengthen financial controls, ERP systems, SOPs, and governance across asset-level operations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting for management and stakeholders.

Commercial & Profitability Support

• Partner with leasing and operations teams to evaluate deals, price fit-outs, assess rental yields, OPEX/CAPEX, and profitability.
• Optimize asset utilization, occupancy, revenue streams, and cost management for sustainable margin expansion.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and mentor a capable finance team for multi-property and multi-entity management.
• Work closely with promoters, auditors, banks, legal partners, and operational leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12–20 years of finance leadership experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure, asset development, or similar sectors.
• Strong credentials in property financing, banking relationships, deal structuring, and real-estate financial modeling.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial control systems.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment with integrity and accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
