Experience: 10+ years in senior technical leadership (CTO, VP Eng). This role will play a critical charter in advising portfolio orgs. on the technical charter
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Technology Leadership: Define the technical vision, roadmap, and architecture to ensure the platform remains competitive, scalable, and secure.
- AI/LLM Implementation: Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly LLM applications, RAG, and AI agents to enhance product capabilities.
- Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performance engineering, data, and product teams.
- Portfolio Advisory: Advise portfolio founders on tech stack, engineering best practices, and technical due diligence.
- Infrastructure & Security: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Vercel) and ensure robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance with Indian regulations.
- Product Development: Oversee full-stack product development (Next.js, Node.js, Python) to build 0 to 1 products.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or senior tech leader in Fintech, eCommerce, SaaS, Gaming or AI-first companies.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, microservices, AI/ML workflows, and API architecture.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to build scalable, enterprise-grade systems while maintaining a startup speed of execution.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate business goals into technological requirements.
