Job Description

  • Lead and manage the engineering department, providing strategic direction and support to engineering teams
  • Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with Kinara Capital's overall business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other departments to deliver seamless tech solutions
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software products and systems
  • Promote a culture of innovation, high-quality coding standards, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor engineering staff to encourage technical growth, leadership development, and knowledge sharing
  • Implement and continuously refine engineering processes, ensuring efficiency and agility
  • Ensure engineering operations comply with industry standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines
