Hurak is a leading EdTech company that provides online and classroom-based compliance training in the UK. We have been in the industry for more than 12 years and we are expanding our business to become a global brand. For that, we are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Head.

Job type: Full time, Remote

Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Summary of Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, managing a talented team, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, guiding their efforts in SEO, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer insights, and competition.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Oversee branding, advertising, promotions, and online/offline campaigns and sale.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimise strategies based on key metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal
