Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Digital Marketing based in Mohali district. The Head of Digital Marketing will oversee and develop strategic digital campaigns, manage a robust digital marketing team, and drive measurable results in alignment with the company's goals. Responsibilities include devising innovative digital strategies, optimizing social media efforts, managing lead generation initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics through web analytics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for impactful campaign execution is critical to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Marketing, with strong leadership experience in team and project management.
  • Proficiency in Digital Strategy and Social Media Marketing to develop and execute impactful marketing plans.
  • Experience in driving Lead Generation programs to achieve measurable sales and engagement results.
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics tools and ability to analyze metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Previous experience in technology-focused or B2B organizations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing preferred.
