Head of Data & Analytics Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the BI team and liaise with other channels for integrated marketing solutions.
• Oversee, monitor, and evaluate operational performance, including preparation of operating budgets and financial management of client engagements.
• Design, develop, and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
• Translate business strategy into actionable operating plans for respective functions/sub-functions.
• Ensure profitable growth by implementing operating plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, performance, and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Continuously upgrade service offerings with market-oriented, innovative solutions.
• Lead and engage the team to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Handle client management and front-end responsibilities directly.
