Role Description

Indian Snack House is looking for a Senior Manager to own and grow the company's sales performance across Swiggy, Zomato, and quick commerce channels. This role is similar in scope to the D2C Senior Manager role, with the key difference being channel ownership across marketplace and quick delivery platforms rather than the company's own website.

The role requires strong cross-functional execution across supply chain, marketing, operations, warehouse, and customer support, along with a sharp grip on sales, availability, assortment, fulfilment quality, and channel-level metrics.

Qualifications

Own end-to-end sales performance for Swiggy, Zomato, and quick commerce channels.

Drive channel growth through strong execution on assortment, availability, visibility, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.

Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure products are in stock and the right assortment is live across channels.

Work with the Marketing Manager to improve sales velocity, conversion, discovery, basket building, and promotional effectiveness.

Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure strong fulfilment quality, low order failures, and fast issue resolution.

Work with the Customer Support team to improve post-order customer experience and close recurring service gaps.

Track and improve key metrics such as sales growth, fill rate, in-stock rate, average order value, repeat behavior where visible, cancellation rates, complaint trends, and channel contribution.

Build a rigorous review rhythm around numbers, identify problem areas quickly, and drive cross-functional action to improve performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 5 years of experience in a high-growth Indian startup environment.

Has owned a function, category, channel, or business line with clear accountability for outcomes.

Strong track record of growing Swiggy, Zomato, and / or quick commerce channels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly numbers-driven and comfortable managing performance through dashboards, metrics, and business reviews.

Able to work across multiple teams and get things done without constant follow-up.

Required Experience:

5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in channel management, e-commerce, marketplace growth, quick commerce, category management, or business operations.

Mandatory experience in Indian startups, preferably in consumer brands, food, FMCG, D2C, or high-growth commerce businesses.

Demonstrated success in growing sales on Swiggy, Zomato, and / or quick commerce platforms.

Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers, targets, and operating metrics.

Experience working closely with supply chain, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams.
