Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Content Quality Assurance to lead and own end-to-end content quality across all learning and content programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that every piece of content delivered meets the quality standards agreed upon with clients and aligns with the overall program vision.

The role involves close collaboration with clients during the ideation and solutioning phase to envision the overall program design, learning flow, and content approach. The role act as the final quality authority, ensuring that internal teams deliver content that is closely aligned to the original concept before it is shared with clients. This role works closely with senior internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the entire Content Quality Assurance function across projects and programs.
  • Act as the primary SPOC for all content quality–related communications with clients, internal content teams, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve content quality standards, frameworks, and SOPs.
  • Establish multi-level quality checkpoints so that basic and intermediate quality checks happen within teams at earlier stages.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and with the quality agreed upon with the client.
  • Collaborate with clients during discovery and ideation to: Understand business goals and learning objectives, Envision the overall program design and structure and Define how the project will look, function, and deliver impact.
  • Translate client discussions and expectations into a clear quality and program vision for internal teams.
  • Ensure the content developed by teams remains closely aligned to the agreed program design and quality benchmarks.
  • Review and approve key and high-impact content before it is shared with clients.
  • Act as the final quality gate prior to client delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance, structured feedback, and mentorship to content teams.
  • Proactively identify quality risks and deviations and take corrective action early.
  • Work closely with client managers and delivery heads to ensure consistent quality outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by acting as a quality advisor.
  • Remain flexible and available, including occasional weekend work, to meet critical project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, content quality, or learning solutions, preferably in the e-learning or content-driven industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of content creation best practices and quality assurance processes.
  • Proven ability to make creative decisions and guide content teams to deliver high-quality output.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Fixed CTC 40K to 50K Per Month

Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written

Maximum Experience 2 to 4 years
