Business & Growth Head

Work Experience: 8-12years

Location: New Delhi

Role Overview

As the Business & Growth Head, you will own the P&L; and end-to-end growth engine at

Fraganote—spanning revenue, margins, customer acquisition, and retention across D2C,

marketplaces, quick-commerce, and offline channels. This is a founder's office-level leadership role requiring a blend of strategy and execution.

P&L; Ownership & Growth Strategy

• Own revenue, contribution margins, and growth targets

• Build multi-channel growth roadmap

• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning

• Optimize LTV/CAC and payback periods

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

• Scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google

• Optimize CAC, ROAS, and blended costs

• Build new acquisition channels (affiliate, partnerships, creators)

• Collaborate on high-performing ad creatives

Retention & Lifecycle (Email + WhatsApp)

• Own repeat revenue and retention metrics

• Build email and WhatsApp marketing engines

• Create lifecycle journeys: onboarding, upsell, winback

• Improve LTV and cohort performance

E-commerce & D2C Optimization

• Improve CVR, AOV, and revenue per session

• Optimize funnels and checkout experience

• Drive merchandising and pricing strategies

Quick Commerce Growth

• Scale Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart presence

• Manage pricing, promotions, and assortment

• Drive discoverability and platform growth

Offline & Distribution

• Build retail and experiential channels

• Expand distribution aligned with premium positioning

Data & Analytics

• Build dashboards and reporting systems

• Track revenue, LTV, CAC, repeat %, margins

Team Leadership

• Build and lead growth team

• Drive execution and cross-functional alignment

Key KRAs

• Revenue growth and contribution margin

• CAC and LTV improvement

• Repeat purchase rate and retention

• Email + WhatsApp revenue contribution

• Website CVR and AOV

What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years in growth / business roles

• Strong performance marketing experience

• Proven revenue ownership

• Expertise in retention and lifecycle marketing

• Analytical and execution-driven
