Role: Business Development Head (Corporate MICE)
Location: India (Preferably Bengaluru/Hyderabad)
Type: Full-time (On-site + Travel)
Role Summary:
Lead and build the enterprise sales engine for Snowtable × Heavenzo across India. Own revenue, team performance, and strategic partnerships with large enterprises for corporate experiences, offsites, and travel.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and lead a pan-India corporate sales team
● Define GTM strategy for enterprise acquisition (Admin, HR, Procurement)
● Drive high-value partnerships with mid-to-large enterprises
● Own revenue targets and GMV growth
● Mentor and manage Business Development Executives across cities
● Establish strong sales processes, reporting, and KPIs
● Work closely with central sales ops for deal closures
● Identify new revenue opportunities (enterprise contracts, annual budgets, etc.)
● Represent the company in high-value client meetings and negotiations
Requirements
● 5–8+ years in enterprise/B2B sales (travel, hospitality, events, SaaS preferred)
● Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals
● Experience managing distributed sales teams
● Strong network across HR/Admin/Procurement in corporates
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● High ownership and execution mindset
Compensation ₹14–15 LPA + Performance incentives
