Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Business Management & Growth
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients across the Pharma ecosystem including manufacturers, CROs, distributors, hospitals, and laboratories
- Design and sell specialized pharma logistics solutions with focus on cold chain management, temperature-controlled shipments, and regulatory compliance
- Lead solution selling for clinical trial logistics, biological samples, and life-saving drug movements
- Manage major accounts as Key Account Manager and scale high-potential accounts as Growth Account Manager across Pan-India
- Own the complete RFQ and tendering lifecycle including proposal creation, SLA negotiations, and contract closure
Operational & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with RSMs, ZSMs, TSMs, and Direct Party teams to ensure adherence to SOPs, GDP guidelines, and cold chain protocols
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to build auditable, compliant supply chain processes
- Ensure execution excellence through validation reports, track-and-trace systems, and quality documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with client-side Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality stakeholders
Industry Expertise & Team Leadership
- Act as the internal and external subject matter expert for Pharma and Healthcare logistics
- Provide consultative support to clients by designing value-added, compliant logistics solutions
- Apply analytical insights on freight lanes, cost structures, and regulatory changes to optimize offerings
- Train and coach sales and business development teams on GDP, cold chain handling, temperature excursions, and pharma-specific selling techniques
