We are seeking a Head of Business Development for a full-time, on-site role in Agra. The individual will lead business planning efforts, drive key sales strategies, manage client accounts, and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities include creating high-impact sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities while overseeing impactful business strategies to achieve company objectives.

• Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategies for sustainable growth
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends, business challenges, and opportunities
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to generate and close new opportunities
• Expertise in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to lead teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in technology or consulting services is desirable
