Position Summary
Responsible for Brand management and Brand building activities, developing marketing and brand
positioning strategies for the industry through online and in-store
Principle Accountabilities
To conceptualize and implement marketing strategy for both offline and online marketing
and prepare annual marketing plan in line with business objectives
Designing and managing marketing budget
Sourcing and managing agencies where appropriate for key marketing functions PR,
advertising, media, social, digital etc.,
Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product
Creating content strategies based on the business objectives, category focus and consumer
segments through all channels (online/offline/social)
Planning and ensure execution of communications and media actions offline, online and
social media
Designing and planning effective marketing promotional campaigns in line with the plan
across channels (digital, press etc.) & determining and implementing metrics to measure
campaign effectiveness
Building a high performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with Retail
and corporate functions
Keeping updated on market trends & analysing consumer insights as well as competitor
strategies.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Marketing automation to improve operational efficiencies and grow the bottom line.
