Job Description

Key responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Lead branding and positioning initiatives for corporate and project-specific marketing.
  • Champion innovation in campaign planning and execution to enhance market responsiveness

Integrated Brand & Project Marketing:

  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print media, PR, and outdoor.
  • Shape end-to-end marketing for project launches from concept to execution
  • Create and execute innovative on-site branding initiatives to enhance customer experience at high-end sites.

Digital Marketing

  • Strategies Digital marketing plans and ensure implementation , stay up to date with latest trends of the digital world
  • Lead innovative initiatives in digital and social media marketing to increase the reach of the brand
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Leasing, and Development teams to align marketing goals with revenue objectives.
  • Support sales enablement with marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign-specific assets.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive gaps.
  • Use data analytics to inform go-to-market strategies and refine marketing approaches.

Team Leadership & Agency Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead the in-house marketing team or external agencies to meet performance and brand goals.
  • Manage vendor partners, media agencies, and creative resources effectively.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks and challenges in marketing initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activities to anticipate and respond to potential threats.

Budget Planning & Efficiency

  • Design and communicate the annual marketing plan in coordination with other functions and in alignment with the long termmarketing strategy
  • Ensure a performance-based approach by clearly defining annual and monthly KRAs linked to the overall marketing strategy
  • Develop the annual budget for the Marketing team aligned to the overall business plan and budget (budgets for ATL/BTL initiatives, digital/social, manpower budget etc.)
  • Assess ROI of initiatives and key strategies related to branding and PR to identify most effective channels for the business

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and MBA in Marketing.
  • Years of experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • Work Experience Requirements:

Proficiency in digital marketing.

Strong project management skills.
