Job Description
- Manage all legal affairs, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
- Oversee litigation cases and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks and safeguard company interests.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for property transactions and other legal matters.
- Stay updated on legal developments and advise the company on their implications.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A degree in law with at-least 15 years of experience
- Proven expertise in property and real estate laws, including regulatory frameworks.
- Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
