Job Description

Manage all legal affairs, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the property and real estate sector.
Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
Oversee litigation cases and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks and safeguard company interests.
Conduct thorough due diligence for property transactions and other legal matters.
Stay updated on legal developments and advise the company on their implications.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A degree in law with at-least 15 years of experience
Proven expertise in property and real estate laws, including regulatory frameworks.
Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
