Job Description

Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative and functional designs for transmission/clutch/powertrain systems
Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design outputs.
Identify and implement new design tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team.
Monitor market trends and competitor designs to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present design strategies and updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate possesses :

A strong educational background in engineering
Proven expertise in the Automotive Industry, particularly in clutch/transmission system/powertrain domain
Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the industry.
An understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
