9) Organization Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Engagement

10) Succession Planning and Leadership Development

11) Capability development by grooming future leaders and chart the long term path for the organization

12) Conducting performance appraisals, performance feedback and handling work allocations

13) Administrative Governance & Infrastructure Management

Candidate- MBA/MSW from Tier-1 Institute

Experienced professional with more than 20+ years of work experience post professional qualification.

Skills Required-

* Strategic Vision & Planning of Human Resource (including Admin and CSR)

* People-management, talent management, and budgeting skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Conflict-resolution and negotiation

* Strong supervisory and strategizing skills

* Thorough knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR information systems
