Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, pulse checks, and reward & recognition programs
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, KPIs, and ensure adherence to HR policies and guidelines
  • Partner with managers and leadership for career development, mentoring, and team engagement
  • Identify attrition risks through employee connects and proactively implement retention strategies
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct exit interviews and work with leadership on talent retention strategies
  • Ensure adherence to HR playbooks, processes, and timelines
  • Analyze HR data including attrition trends, KPI performance, and forecasting
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making
  • Contribute to HR policy improvements aligned with organizational goals
  • Build strong relationships across teams to enhance credibility and trust
