JOB DESCRIPTION – HEAD COACH

Cricket Academy of Pathans (CAP) is hiring Head Coaches at:

Bardoli (Gujarat)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level cricket coaching with strong expertise in techniques, tactical strategies, and mental conditioning.

Build a positive, disciplined, and inclusive training environment that enables player growth, teamwork, and consistency.

Conduct regular player assessments to monitor development and tailor training plans accordingly.

Collaborate with assistant coaches and support staff to ensure holistic and structured player development.

Guide athletes in game awareness, decision-making, mindset building, and professional conduct.

Requirements:

Mandatory: ICC Level I & II / BCCI cricket coaching certification .

Minimum 3 - 4 years of coaching experience with a proven track record in player development.

Must have played cricket at the state level or higher, showcasing strong gameplay understanding.

Experience in state/district leagues or other competitive tournaments is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to work with players across various age groups.

Ability to motivate, mentor, and maintain discipline among emerging cricketers.

Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
