Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Gurugram. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the quality and consistency of dishes, create and update the menu, manage kitchen staff, control inventory, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. The Head Chef will also collaborate with management on new culinary concepts and training programs.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in culinary management, including overseeing kitchen operations and managing staff
  • Proficiency in menu creation, food preparation, and quality control
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the management team
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
