Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurgaon Cyber One location. The Head Chef will take charge of kitchen operations, menu development, staff management, and ensuring food quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting meals, managing kitchen inventory, maintaining hygiene compliance, and training kitchen staff. The role requires creativity to craft appealing and Multi cuisine menus that elevate the dining experience for our guests at Our Cafe.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills in cooking techniques, recipe development, and plating
- Experience in food safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and kitchen management
- Proficiency in staff supervision, scheduling, and team collaboration
- Ability to manage food inventory, cost control, and vendor relations
- Passion for innovation and creating diverse menu options
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant training is required
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership culinary role
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
