Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or fine dining establishment.
  • Proven expertise in various cooking methods, techniques, and cuisines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to create and manage budgets, food costs, and inventory controls.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
