We are seeking a skilled Logistics professional to join in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze logistics performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding logistics and transportation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-9 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the UAE or India.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges effectively.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
