About the Role

The Head of Campaigns & Innovation will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives across retail assets. This role will focus on increasing product penetration, enhancing customer journeys, and managing campaign execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and business units to ensure effective lead conversion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Increase product penetration across the bank over time.
  • Coordinate with the HPE team for monthly campaign planning to feed the top of the funnel.
  • Drive journey builds and improvements across products.
  • Hire and nurture team members while controlling attrition at all levels.
  • Minimize customer escalations.
  • Collaborate with Assets and Liabilities business units to drive lead conversion.
  • Formulate strategies including call timing, predictive/preview dialing, re-churn logic, and base targeting.
  • Design and execute campaigns across all products with a focus on achieving budgeted numbers and minimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Manage end-to-end journey improvements for credit cards, including understanding user requirements and preparing business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Liaise with product teams, developers, BIU, and HPE to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain the team effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to identify skill gaps and propose training plans.
  • Maintain low attrition within the team.
  • Propose new and profitable product and business propositions.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is mandated.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles within the financial services industry.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in campaign design and execution with a focus on CAC efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in journey mapping and BRD creation.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
