About The Role
We are hiring an experienced
ERP Manager for
Realestate Company to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of ERP systems across business functions including
Sales, CRM, Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and Operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to
ERP systems in the Real Estate / Construction industry and must be capable of driving
business process automation, digital transformation, cross-functional integration, and ERP enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, customization, optimization, and support
- Manage ERP modules across:
- Sales
- CRM
- Finance & Accounts
- HR & Payroll
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Project Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors for ERP enhancements and issue resolution
- Drive business process automation and workflow optimization
- Handle ERP integrations with CRM, HRMS, finance tools, and third-party applications
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting, dashboarding, and MIS generation
- Conduct user training, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Maintain system governance, controls, and process compliance
- Improve ERP adoption across departments
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in ERP management / implementation
- Must have experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure industry
- Strong exposure to ERP transformation and business process automation
- Good understanding of:
- Sales workflow
- Customer lifecycle
- Finance processes
- HR processes
- Procurement and inventory management
- Project tracking
- Experience in handling cross-functional ERP projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
