Job Description

Sales Planning and budget management:

  • Own and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the hospital in line with the budget
  • Develop and drive business through various Referral Sources including but not limited to Clinics, Hospitals, Outreach Centers, RMPs and any other channels suitable and appropriate to RIVEA business requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve revenue targets and to expand the company's customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Responsible for significant and tangible client impact from all engagements
  • Seeks out and identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients
  • Representing company and networking in various conferences, and business events to attract more and more clients leading to tangible and commercial impact
  • Plays a lead/supporting role in proposal development ensuring actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to client
  • Driving Brands Market Share
  • Develop and drive Marketing communication programs to build the brand equity and propagate brand awareness
  • Deep down analysis of business performance data (Revenue, Footfall, KPIs) and develop and implement unique Market share growth strategy in line with the budget
  • Work with the Clinical and Non-Clinical Teams in the execution of RIVEA s brand and content strategy - defines brand strategy and sets overall brand targets
  • Plan and lead all promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to facilitate organizational success
  • Employ Marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc)
  • Organize Marketing events, analyze overall brands equity and Market share
  • Participate in strategic meetings with Marketing vendors & partners, KOLs, Influencers /Brand Ambassadors / Partners to negotiate commercial conditions (brand awareness, social media, e-commerce, animations and various Market activities)
  • Becoming a reliable Business Support Function
  • Monitor business performance and brand KPIs
  • Share a Monthly recap on Marketing plans ROI highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
  • Prepare Best Practices recap
  • Ensure competitive intelligence
  • Participate in the area events and support in the organization: brand/ specialty launch, CMEs/ Seminars, Congresses etc)
  • Vertical based revenue budget and achievement, service wise number of clients / sales volumes, footfall, expenditure in line with the budgets, Employee Development, Market development, campaign execution and performance, social media performance, Marketing plan execution and performance, client account acquisition, Market share
