- The candidate must be from event company & should have worked with IT Clients.
- Managing the execution of the event
- Interacting with the client on a regular basis & understanding their requirements. Should be able to provide ideas to the client
- Coordination with various internal team members & ensure to meet the clients expectations (Creative, Operations, Technical, Vendors)
- Responsible for Pre event, on site & post event requirements. Should be able to handle obstacles & take corrective measures to overcome the same
- Prepare the internal cost for each event keeping a significant profit margin
