Job Description
Revenue & Strategy
- Own and deliver advertising revenue targets across display, video, branded content, and performance-based solutions.
- Define and execute the ad sales strategy aligned with overall business and growth objectives.
- Identify new monetization opportunities, advertiser segments, and scalable revenue streams.
Sales Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Ad Sales team across key geographies and client segments.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and performance management frameworksClient & Partner Management
- Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Lead large-deal negotiations, annual contracts, and strategic partnerships. Ensure best-in-class advertiser experience and long-term client retention. Product & Go-to-Market
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to shape ad products, pricing, and packaging.
- Launch new ad formats and solutions based on market trends and advertiser needs.
- Provide market feedback to continuously improve ad offerings and performance.
The Successful Applicant
- 18+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, or Revenue leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling ad revenue in digital platforms, media companies, or marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (programmatic, performance, brand, agency-led sales).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution orientation and data-driven decision-making
