Job Description

Revenue & Strategy

. Own and deliver advertising revenue targets across display, video, branded content, and performance-based solutions.

. Define and execute the ad sales strategy aligned with overall business and growth objectives.

. Identify new monetization opportunities, advertiser segments, and scalable revenue streams.

Sales Leadership

. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Ad Sales team across key geographies and client segments.

. Set clear targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and performance management frameworksClient & Partner Management

. Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.

. Lead large-deal negotiations, annual contracts, and strategic partnerships. Ensure best-in-class advertiser experience and long-term client retention. Product & Go-to-Market

. Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to shape ad products, pricing, and packaging.

. Launch new ad formats and solutions based on market trends and advertiser needs.

. Provide market feedback to continuously improve ad offerings and performance.

The Successful Applicant

. 18+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, or Revenue leadership roles. . Proven track record of scaling ad revenue in digital platforms, media companies, or marketplaces.

. Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (programmatic, performance, brand, agency-led sales).

. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

. Strategic mindset with strong execution orientation and data-driven decision-making
