Job Title: Assistant Director/ Deputy Director – Student Outreach

Role Overview
The role involves driving strategic student outreach initiatives with a strong emphasis on building and managing partnerships with coaching institutes, education consultants, feeder colleges, and academic influencers. The incumbent will play a key role in expanding the institution's footprint, enhancing brand visibility, and generating quality student leads for postgraduate programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Outreach & Partnerships
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies targeting coaching centres, test-prep institutes, and education consultants across key regions.
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with reputed coaching institutes (CAT, GATE, UPSC, etc.) to create a strong referral pipeline.
- Collaborate with consultants and admission advisors to drive student conversions and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
2. Coaching Centre & Consultant Engagement
- Build long-term relationships with coaching centre owners, faculty members, and counsellors to position the institution as a preferred destination for higher education.
- Conduct regular engagement activities such as seminars, webinars, and joint counselling sessions in collaboration with coaching partners.
- Design customized engagement plans for high-potential coaching partners to maximize student outreach and conversions.
3. Network Expansion & Relationship Management
- Expand and nurture a robust network of colleges, principals, placement cells, and academic influencers across regions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring sustained engagement and relationship continuity.
- Map regional markets to identify high-impact institutions and coaching hubs for targeted outreach.
4. Student Engagement & Presentations
- Deliver impactful presentations, workshops, and career guidance sessions at colleges and coaching centres nationwide.
- Represent the institution at career fairs, admission events, and education expos, ensuring high visibility and brand recall.
- Create engaging communication strategies tailored to diverse student segments.
5. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute open houses, admission drives, and partner-led events in collaboration with coaching centres and consultants.
- Monitor event effectiveness and optimize strategies to improve lead generation and conversion ratios.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences within the coaching and consulting ecosystem.
- Maintain regular MIS reports on outreach activities, partnerships, and conversion metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 12–17 years of experience in student outreach, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing coaching centre alliances and consultant networks.
