Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Financial Advisory

  • Collaborate with India Operations Director and leadership team on financial planning, decision-making, and risk mitigation
  • Provide insights on cost management, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Support contract scope evaluation, costing, and approvals
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through analysis and monitoring

Financial Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Ensure effective expense control and debtor management
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure financial stability

Invoice Payments & Billing

  • Supervise vendor payments and ensure timely processing
  • Manage invoicing cycles and accounts receivable tracking
  • Maintain and update AP/AR process guidelines and documentation

Reporting, Forecasting & Budgeting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Support client and corporate reporting requirements

Data Management & Compliance

  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems
  • Maintain strong internal controls and audit-ready processes
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
  • Support internal and external audits

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Track and achieve financial and operational KPIs
  • Support leadership in meeting contractual and performance targets
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and service excellence

Process Improvement & Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements
  • Implement best practices in financial operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and finance teams
  • Promote collaboration and transparency across functions

Decision Making & Problem Solving

  • Apply strategic thinking to resolve financial and operational challenges
  • Identify innovative solutions to improve performance and efficiency
