Time-10am to 6:30pm

The Head – Admission Services (Study Abroad Only) will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of international student admissions, including application processing, partnerships with B2B agents or institutions, and managing the visa documentation and support teams. This role requires leadership, operational oversight, and strategic coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient process for students and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Study Abroad Admissions Management

  • Lead the end-to-end admissions process for international student applications (UG, PG, Diploma, etc.) across key destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe).
  • Review, monitor, and ensure timely processing of applications in line with university guidelines.
  • Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in documentation and offer/LOA conversions.
  • Coordinate with partner universities and internal counseling teams for timely updates and escalations.

2. B2B Partnership Management

  • Identify, build, and maintain strong working relationships with educational consultants, agents, and institutional partners (B2B).
  • Drive business growth through partner onboarding, engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct training and support sessions for partners regarding admissions requirements and process updates.
  • Negotiate terms, agreements, and handle escalations with B2B stakeholders.

3. Visa Team Oversight

  • Supervise the visa application support team handling document checks, interview preparation, and submission.
  • Stay updated with evolving immigration policies and ensure compliance across all cases.
  • Guide the team to improve visa success rates and reduce rejections.
  • Develop SOPs and guidelines for streamlined visa support operations.

4. People & Process Management

  • Lead and manage a team of admission officers, visa specialists, and B2B coordinators.
  • Set performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide training and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance efficiency.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report application trends, partner performance, and visa success rates.
  • Provide regular MIS reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Use data to identify process bottlenecks and recommend strategic solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of global education systems and admission processes
  • B2B relationship management experience
  • Knowledge of international visa processes and documentation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
