Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in West Delhi. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing top-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Day-to-day tasks include managing diaries, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, conducting research, and performing clerical duties, as well as ensuring effective communication between the executive team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, documentation, and organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is highly desirable
  • Experience in Sales Coordination, Client handling, HR and Admin will be added advantage
  • A travel enthusiast and willing to travel in India and abroad with director.
  • Expertise in report making and interdepartmental communication handling
  • A detail oriented person
