Role Overview
The Head - 3D will lead the computational design and advanced visualization vertical, driving high-end architectural 3D outputs for luxury township developments. The role demands expertise in parametric design, digital modeling, and immersive visualization, ensuring design excellence aligned with global luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy
.Lead and manage the 3D visualization and computational design team.
.Define design workflows, standards, and best practices for 3D and parametric modelling.
.Align 3D design strategy with overall architectural vision and brand positioning.
Computational Design & Innovation
.Drive the use of computational architecture tools (Grasshopper, Rhino, Houdini, etc.).
.Develop parametric models for complex architectural forms and faÃade systems.
.Integrate AI-driven and generative design processes for innovative outcomes.
Architectural 3D Visualization
.Oversee creation of high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations.
.Ensure all visual outputs reflect luxury aesthetics and international standards.
.Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers for accurate representation.
Luxury Design Expertise
.Translate luxury design concepts into immersive 3D experiences.
.Maintain a strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial experience.
.Benchmark global luxury projects to enhance visual storytelling.
Collaboration & Coordination
.Work with design, planning, marketing, and sales teams for project deliverables.
.Coordinate with external consultants, agencies, and visualization studios.
.Support presentations for clients, investors, and leadership.
Quality Control & Delivery
.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple projects.
.Maintain consistency in design language, detailing, and realism.
.Implement review systems and quality benchmarks.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
.Candidates from leading global institutes preferred.
.Exposure to or education from University of Catalonia (IAAC or similar institutes) will be an added advantage.
.Proven experience in luxury residential/township projects.
.Experience in leading design or visualization teams.
.Expertise in Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, or similar tools.
.Strong knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion).
.Understanding of scripting (Python, C#, or similar) for parametric workflows.
.Familiarity with BIM integration and digital workflows.
.Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and lighting.
.Ability to conceptualize and visualize complex architectural ideas.
.High attention to detail and design accuracy.
.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Minimum Qualification:

Degree/Master's in Architecture or Computational Design.

Minimum Job Experience:

10-15 years of experience in architectural 3D visualization and computational design.
