Secrets Management Roles - Multiple Positions Open

We are hiring for three key roles to strengthen our secrets management and cybersecurity capabilities. All candidates must have a strong cybersecurity background and experience with secure software development practices.
Technical Lead (1 Position)
- Expert in secrets management using HashiCorp Vault as the primary solution.
- Strong foundation in Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven people leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experienced in facilitating stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, analyze risk exposure, and translate business needs into actionable security controls.
Technical Manager (1 Position)
- In-depth experience managing end-to-end secrets management projects and strategies.
- Proficient in secrets management platforms including HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, and AWS Secrets Manager.
- Background in software development, privileged access, and secret management.
- Drives implementation of secrets lifecycle processes (creation, rotation, expiration, and retirement).
HashiCorp SME (1 Position)
- Deep expertise in HashiCorp Vault, including secret lifecycle management, dynamic secrets, automated rotation, access policies, and enterprise deployment patterns.
- Hands-on experience integrating Vault with authentication methods, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and application frameworks.
- Proven track record in secret remediation, rotation, migration, and secure integration for applications, workloads, and cloud environments.
