- Monitor backup jobs, fix failures, manage retention policies, and execute recovery/restore operations. -Ensure backup compliance, reporting, and audits. -Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in production environments. -Implement governance standards including RBAC, resource policies, tagging standards, cost management, and access controls. -Perform day-to-day operational support such as incident handling, service requests, change management, and root cause analysis (RCA). -Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and operational best practices.
