Job Description

Key Objectives Of This Role

Mechanical design and development of cockpit electronics products for the automotive industry.
Developing and/or updating CAD models and drawings of the parts, sub-assembly and end item
Design to meet DFM and DFA requirements
Tolerance Analysis
Communication and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualification, Experience And Skills

Bachelor's degree in the field of mechanical engineering or related
Preferred PS-4 level candidates (69yrs experience)
Experience in electro-mechanical product design
3D models design – GSD (Generative surface design – Class A,) parts and assemblies (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)
2D drawings preparation (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)
Experience in Tolerance stack-up & GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Experience in Plastic, Sheet metal, die casting component design.
Experience in DFM and DFA requirements.
Fluent in verbal and written English
