Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gym Manager located in Noida. The Gym Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the gym meets high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating group and personal training activities, maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing client feedback, managing resources efficiently, and contributing to fitness program improvements and member engagement strategies. The Gym Manager will also play a key role in fostering a motivating environment for both staff and members.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Group Exercise and Group Training methodologies
• Expertise in the Fitness Industry and Personal Training practices
• Strong understanding of Exercise Physiology for diverse fitness goals
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in managing gym or fitness center operations is highly preferred
• Relevant fitness certifications or qualifications in Personal Training, Group Training, or Exercise Science
