This full-time on-site role, based in Delhi, India, is for a C Section Coach who will provide specialized fitness coaching for post-C-section recovery. The coach will be responsible for designing personalized fitness programs, guiding clients with science-backed exercises, and monitoring progress to ensure safe recovery. Additional responsibilities include offering support and education on postnatal health, collaborating with other wellness professionals, and maintaining an inclusive and empathetic environment for clients.

• Experience in fitness coaching, with a focus on postnatal recovery or similar specialized training
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and safe exercise techniques related to postpartum care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and encourage clients
• Ability to create customized, sustainable fitness plans tailored to individual needs
• Certification in fitness training or a related field; additional qualification in postnatal health is a plus
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for empowering individuals in their wellness journeys
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with a multidisciplinary health and wellness team
• Proficiency in tracking client progress and utilizing feedback to refine coaching methods
