Job Description

Seeking a Team Lead Executive - Operations to join our Client Services team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will manage data input and changes on the Ubora platform and generate custom reports based on platform data. The position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to evolve into a or Project Manager multiple clients.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Data Management :

  • Collect campaign and sales data from clients, primarily via Excel.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
  • Process and transform client data into formats compatible with our internal platform.
  • Manage master data (creation, updates, deletions), user accounts, and user roles on the platform.
  • Ensure quality assurance of all imported data.

MIS Reporting :

  • Extract data from the Ubora platform and integrate it with additional client data to produce necessary reports.
  • Create customized reports based on specific client and internal needs.

Coordination of Visual Audits :

  • Oversee the quality and coordination of visual audits performed by the visual audit team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative focus (Maths, Engineering, Computers) and excellent analytical abilities.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a tech platform environment (e.g., SFA, DMS).
  • Advanced proficiency in Sorting) and PowerPoint . Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting) and PowerPoint .
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Excel-based solutions.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • A proactive, responsive attitude with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours as needed to meet deadlines or resolve issues.
