Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to support the L&D function across our nationwide spa network. This role will work closely with the Training Manager and various internal stakeholders to coordinate, track, and streamline all training activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, operationally efficient, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and data tracking skills. Your work will directly uplift hundreds of therapists, managers, and future spa leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Operations & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions (virtual & in-person) for spa managers, supervisors, and therapists
- Maintain updated training calendars across geographies and formats (onboarding, refresher, upskilling)
- Track participant attendance, assessments, and certification status
- Coordinate with city managers and spa managers to ensure participation and training readiness
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain training records, feedback forms, pre/post assessment data, and certification status
- Prepare training reports for internal reviews participation, impact, and improvement areas
- Maintain content repositories and support in updating training decks, SOPs, and video materials
- Ensure training content is aligned with brand SOPs and operational updates
3. Communication & Follow-ups
- Act as the point of contact for all training-related queries across spa locations
- Follow up with spa teams for completion of e-learning or post-training activities
- Support the Training Manager in planning monthly/quarterly review calls or knowledge sessions
4. Support in Content & Delivery
- Assist in basic formatting and finalization of training decks, SOP handouts, or reference guides
- Support Training Manager in moderating virtual training sessions when required
- Coordinate logistics and materials for in-person training programs (venue, devices, printing, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12 years of experience in Training Coordination, HR Operations, or L&D support
- Background in hospitality/wellness/retail industries preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), basic documentation tools and using AI effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
